On Track Plant and Construction Traffic

Following requests, I have now complied a special page showing pictures of various On Track Plant used in Tramlinks construction and a few pictures of the hired in Industrial Shunter and Ballast wagons used. The shunter was built by English Electric in 1966, Works number D1122 and was hired from RFS, Doncaster. Interestingly, it was originally based at Croydon 'B' Power station, beside what is now Tramlink until the late 1980s. Many thanks to David Cockle for some of the pictures and Ken Scanes for information on the loco. In November 2006, Tramtrack Croydon aquired two second hand-ex DB Maintenace Vehicles, and three wagons. These are type Klv53 with Kla03 wagons. Further details (in German) can be found here.
