Tramlink Shop

The Tramlink Shop is located at Unit 5, Suffolk House, George Street, Croydon. (Opposite Safeway).

Tel: 020 8681 8300

The Tramlink Shop has several purposes. Firstly, it promotes the system with leaflets and information on local transport. They are able to give out information to confused travelers and that includes links to useful websites (like this one)!

A full range of tickets are available from the ticket machine and they are an LT PASS agent meaning they can sell bus passes and period travelcards or other passes too.

The shop also deals with complaints, ticket problems such as incorrect change or tickets issued by machines and Penalty Fares. Penalty Fares can be paid in person or by phone with a Credit Card.

The shop also deals with lost property on the Tramlink System as well as selling a range of Tramlink Merchandise. See further down the page for more information on what is available.

The rear of the shop houses a staff mess room and toilet facilities for drivers and other staff on meal breaks from East Croydon.

Inside

Inside, the Shop has been painted in a colourful mural of Croydon landmarks. Leaflets are available on the side walls. There is also a ticket machine which issues tickets from East Croydon stop. The counter is ahead of you and the helpful staff will assist with all enquirys.
